Adaptation Scotland Manager

Julian manages the Adaptation Scotland team and is responsible for raising the profile of climate change adaptation in Scotland. He works with a wide range of partner organisations to identify emerging challenges and opportunities and ensure that the Adaptation Scotland work programme is closely aligned to the needs of stakeholder organisations.
