Climate Hazards & Resilience in the Workplace Handbook & Workbook launch

All workers whether they work indoors, outdoors, offshore or travel for a living could be increasingly vulnerable to disruption, damage, and potential injury from climate change impacts such as windstorms, flooding, and heatwaves. Over the last year Adaptation Scotland and the Scottish Trade Union movement have worked together to create resources to help identify the hazards that climate change impacts could bring to a range of different workplaces and to develop adaptation solutions.

You are invited to join Linda Somerville, STUC Deputy General Secretary; Lilian Macer, Unison Scotland Convenor, and the Adaptation Scotland programme for the launch of these new cocreated resources.

The event will take place online on Thursday 7 July, 12-1pm. You can sign up here.

All these resources and more information about the project, is available from the Adaptation Scotland website or contact [email protected] for more details
